Getting started
- The first time you open the app, a short chat asks what you sell. It shapes every playbook.
- Tap New playbook, paste the company's website, add who is in the room, and pick a goal. Research takes a minute or two and runs while you do anything else.
- After the meeting, open the playbook and tap Debrief this meeting. Paste the transcript or type what happened.
Common questions
Do I need an account? No. The app works without signing in, and your playbooks stay on your phone's identity. Signing in with Apple keeps them across phones and lets you delete everything in one tap.
What is free, and what does Pro include? Every download includes 2 free playbooks. Pro adds 20 playbooks every 30 days, meeting debriefs with coaching and a follow-up email draft, calendar prep, research on the people in the room, and recent company signals.
What does Founding Member mean? The first 300 subscribers can take the annual plan at the founding price. That price is held for as long as the subscription stays active. If it lapses and you come back later, the regular annual price may apply.
A playbook says research didn't complete. Check your connection and create it again. A playbook that fails is not counted against your allowance.
The app asked my permission before researching. Can I change my mind? Yes. The app asks once, before it sends anything for AI research. To withdraw that permission, delete your account in the app, which also erases what you sent, or email us. After that the app cannot build playbooks or debriefs until you agree again.
How do I delete my account? Tap the account icon at the top of the home screen, then Delete account at the bottom. Everything stored under the account is erased, including unused extra playbooks, and it cannot be undone. If you never signed in, email us and we will delete your data within 30 days.
How do I turn off calendar access? In the app, open Calendar from the account screen and tap Disconnect calendar, or in iPhone Settings go to Dealready and turn off Calendars.
How do I turn off reminders? In iPhone Settings, go to Notifications, then Dealready. Reminders are created on your phone and never pass through our servers.
How do I cancel Pro? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Dealready. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. You can also open it from the app: account icon, Plan, Manage subscription.
I paid but I don't have Pro. In the app, tap the account icon, then Plan, then Restore Purchases. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I get a refund? Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com within the time Apple allows. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
What are extra playbooks? If you subscribe and use all 20 playbooks in a 30-day window, you can add 5 more for a one-time price. They never expire and are used only after your included 20. They belong to your account, or to your phone if you are not signed in, so sign in before buying them if you want them to follow you to a new phone.
Does Dealready send email for me? No. Follow-up emails are drafts you copy into your own mail app.
What happens to my meeting notes? They are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to write your debrief, and never sold or used for advertising. Anthropic does not train on them and deletes them within 30 days. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Where are the terms? Dealready is licensed under Apple's standard end user license agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
