A Dealready playbook for a sample company, opening with a 60-second brief: what to lead with, how to open, and the objection to expect.

How it works

An hour of research, done while you get coffee

1

Paste the website

Tell Dealready who you are meeting and what the meeting is for. It is a short chat, not a form.

2

It does the research

Their site, recent news, hiring, and the people you named. You can close the app while it works.

3

Walk in with a plan

Every playbook opens with a 60-second brief you can read in the elevator.

9:41
The Who's in the Room section of a sample playbook: three people with their titles, their role in the deal, background and how to approach each one.

Before the meeting

Know everyone in the room

A meeting is won person by person. Dealready tells you who each one is in this deal and how to talk to them.

  • Champion, skeptic, decision maker. Each person's role in the deal, at a glance.
  • How to approach each one. What they care about and what to avoid.
  • Names fixed for you. Typed it wrong? It still finds the right person.
  • Dated news with sources. Check any claim before you walk in.
9:41
A meeting debrief for a sample deal: where the deal stands in the sales cycle, a note on each person in the room, what landed and what to tighten.

After the meeting

A debrief that coaches you

Paste the transcript or type what happened. You get an honest read of the call, written for you and seen only by you.

  • Where the deal stands. The stage it moved to and what the call proved.
  • What landed, what to tighten. Specific to what was said in the room.
  • Next steps. Clear, and ready before you are back at your desk.
9:41
The deal tracker for a sample deal: commitments from each side with due dates, budget, timeline and decision process, and a drafted follow-up email.

Between meetings

The deal keeps its own notes

Commitments, budget, timeline and who decides are pulled out of every debrief. You never fill in a form.

  • Who owes what, by when. Yours and theirs, side by side.
  • A follow-up email, drafted. Dealready never sends email. You copy it.
  • One tap to your CRM. Copy a clean meeting note and paste it in.
  • It remembers. The next playbook for that company already knows the history.

Built for the rep, not the manager

It works for you, quietly

Prep from your calendar

Pick a meeting from your phone's calendar and its playbook starts.

Reminders that help

A nudge before a prepped meeting and another the morning after.

Deal risk warnings

Know when a deal hangs on one person, or the decision maker has never been in the room.

A list that sorts itself

Quiet deals move out of the way and come back the moment something happens.

Questions worth asking

Discovery questions written for this company, not a generic list.

New in the role?

Say so, and each playbook adds what a veteran would already know.

Where does the research come from?

From the company's own website and a live web search for recent news, funding and hiring. Dated items show their source, so you can check anything before you rely on it.

Can my manager or my company see my playbooks?

No. Dealready is a personal tool. Your playbooks, debriefs and coaching are private to your account and are never shared with your employer.

Does Dealready send emails or update my CRM for me?

Do I need to sign in?
