Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at versai.live (the “Site”) and the services offered by Versatile Artificial Intelligence LLC (“Versatile Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our services

Versatile Intelligence designs, builds, and operates purpose-built generative AI systems for businesses, which may include conversational agents (voice, SMS, and chat), workflow and process automation, content generation, appointment booking and scheduling, lead capture and reporting dashboards, deposit collection, and AI strategy consulting (collectively, the “Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or order form between you and Versatile Intelligence. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Our Services are intended for businesses and business representatives. By engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to bind the business you represent, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing, text-messaging, and call-recording laws applicable to your business and your customers;
  • Send unsolicited or deceptive communications, or communications to recipients who have not provided any legally required consent;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the Services, or related systems;
  • Misrepresent the origin of communications or impersonate any person or entity.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own customers for automated calls, texts, recordings, and transcripts generated through Services deployed for your business.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the business information, scripts, knowledge-base content, and customer data you provide to us (“Client Content”). You grant Versatile Intelligence a limited license to use Client Content solely to configure, operate, support, and improve the Services provided to you. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, the Services, and all related software, designs, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Versatile Artificial Intelligence LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or Services, nor reverse-engineer any software we provide.

7. AI-generated output

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses and take actions on your behalf. While we design, test, and monitor each deployment carefully, AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing how the Services represent your business — including pricing, availability, and policy information — and for promptly notifying us of any needed corrections.

8. Fees and payment

Fees for the Services are set out in your service agreement or order form. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once the corresponding service period has begun. We may suspend Services for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERSATILE INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANY ESTIMATES, CALCULATORS, OR ILLUSTRATIVE FIGURES ON THE SITE — INCLUDING THE MISSED-CALL CALCULATOR — ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, DEPEND ENTIRELY ON THE INPUTS YOU PROVIDE, AND ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR REVENUE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERSATILE INTELLIGENCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versatile Intelligence and its officers, members, and employees from claims arising out of your Client Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain legally required consents from your customers.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Termination of paid Services is governed by your service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Versatile Artificial Intelligence LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
