Versatile Artificial Intelligence LLC (“Versatile Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the versai.live website (the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you contact us — for example, to request a demo — you may provide your name, email address, business name, and the contents of your message. Contact form submissions are processed securely by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our team; we retain them only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and operational purposes.
Client service data. When we operate AI systems for a business client, those systems may process communications between the client and its customers — such as call audio, transcripts, text messages, and appointment details — on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions.
On-page tools. Interactive tools on the Site, such as the missed-call calculator, run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to us or stored.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos;
- To provide, configure, operate, and improve our services for clients;
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site and our systems;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, telephony, and email providers), under obligations to protect it;
- With a business client, when the information relates to communications our systems handled on that client’s behalf;
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
4. Communications handled by our AI systems
Our AI systems act as a service provider to the businesses that deploy them. If you interact with an AI receptionist or SMS assistant operated by one of our clients, that business is responsible for its own privacy practices and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required in its jurisdiction — including for call recording and transcription. Questions about a specific business’s practices should be directed to that business.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or as specified in our agreements with clients. Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information — including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@versai.live — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links and fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical request data (such as IP address) when the fonts are served. The Site may also link to third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where practical.
